Have you received an offer to work? Congratulations! But now another question arose: should I accept it? How can I find out more about the company and is it worth it to work for them? Fortunately, in the era of the Internet, all these things can be checked.
Pay attention to the description of the working vacancy
Before you generally send your resume, carefully view the description of the vacancy. If the announcement consists of 2-3 lines, then a logical person will suggest that the announcement and the company itself are not of the highest quality. This is what the perfect working vacancy from a company that values its reputation should look like:
- A brief description of the company: a kind of activity, how many years in the market and the main mission of the company
- A detailed description of the work responsibilities (Responsibilites) and what result is expected from you
- A detailed description of the requirements (REQUREMENTS) so that you are hired
- Information about bonuses, insurance and other things
- If one of the above is absent in vacancies, then this does not mean that the company is bad, but nevertheless it can be a sign.
