A few recommendations on how to develop a habit of playing sports
What needs to be done so that fitness becomes an integral part of your daily routine? Just:
-Get out in the morning. Even if you work full time, you can spend half an hour before work.
-You can do it in the evening. If it is more convenient for you to visit the gym in the evening – it’s okay. Just go there immediately after work.
-Sport is your way to cheer up. Fatigue after a working day – no reason to miss training. On the contrary, physical activity will help you relax much better than sitting in a chair in front of a computer.
-Notice your progress. Most often, having started playing sports, we immediately expect to see the results, and if we do not see, we quit classes. However, the perfect body is not the only incentive for sports.
