Spartan education and its features
All of us are familiar with this winged expression – “Spartan education”. Where did it come from and whether it remains relevant today?
The roots of the expression “Spartan education” come from the name of the ancient city of Sparta. The main task of educating young inhabitants of this city was to turn them into strong and hardy warriors.
