Preservation of the insurance deposit, or rejection of it
Those who rent apartments would prefer that everything remained, as it was, the “insurance deposit” would be the same amount as the monthly rent. Housing tenants would prefer not to pay this “deposit” at all, arguing their position by the fact that the rented apartment is without furniture at all, or furniture in it in such a state that it is somehow not reasonable to guarantee the safety of dilapidated furniture.
The result may be this: in the case of a dilapidated or empty apartment, it is possible to “break” the owner not to take a deposit at all, or to reduce the amount of the deposit by half so that it amounts to half or a third of the amount of the monthly payment for the rent. It is also possible to agree with the owner of real estate to defeat this payment for several months, or for six months. This payment is less burdensome for tenants.
