How to use aerated concrete blocks in construction

November 22, 2019

Initially, aerated concrete was used only to warm up various types of buildings, and not for building. But over time, the designers and builders appreciated this material and the scope of this durable product expanded significantly.

Before starting construction using this material, you will need projects of houses from gas silicate blocks and a mandatory calculation of the amount of material required. Now, aerated concrete is used in the construction of low -rise buildings. Used for the construction of internal and outer walls, ceilings, partitions or jumpers. And in high -rise construction, aerated concrete is used to fill the walls of buildings, which are made on a frame basis. Gas soster blocks can be used to build up the number of storeys and for reconstruction. Also used to ensure heat and sound insulation of the premises.

If you use gas silicate blocks, this will significantly reduce the load on the installed foundation. Almost six times the flow rate of masonry material and the complexity of work are reduced. One block replaces about twenty bricks, which means the time spent on the construction of a wall of the same size decreases by almost twenty times. Gas mudding blocks have a fairly light volumetric weight and for working with it there is no need to use lifting mechanisms. Of course, all this significantly reduces labor costs. The speed of construction of structures and buildings increases several times and most importantly, the cost of this construction is reduced.
