How to insulate the house: methods, features, how to make

March 25, 2019

With the onset of cold weather, owners of private houses are concerned only with one problem: how to maintain heat in the house. The maximum effect is achieved by insulation of the house from both the internal and the outer side. For insulation of the facade, it is good to use stone cotton wool, extruded foam and fiberglass. In addition to thermal insulation properties, they provide an excellent hydraulic – and noise insulation. Foam is also resistant to mechanical influences, but in the event of a fire, it emits extremely toxic smoke.

Want to make a gift for your wife, and you don’t know what is better for her to give? You can buy her tea service and our pan with ceramic coating as a gift your wife will get. If you want to know more detailed information, then follow the link indicated by us.

Insulation from the inside of the house begins with the search for a heat leak. It can be a floor of floor, windowsill or window. Slots can be filled with packley or mounting foam. And if you determine the source of the leak, it is difficult to insulate everything. It is enough to lay a carpet on the floor. Windows are best replaced with plastic ones, but if for some reason it is impossible to do, then the frames can be sealed with silicone composition.

The most problematic place is the ceiling, it is through it that the main part of the heat goes. The ceiling is insulated with mineral wool in combination with a layer of vapor barrier or a mixture of sawdust with lime. The thickness of the insulation on the ceiling should be at least 15 centimeters.
