Several simple tips to prepare an apartment before renting
Many of us are faced with the fact that we have to rent housing. This is a rather delicate process, because you have to let strangers into their space, but, having prepared for this properly, you can avoid a lot of problems and troubles.
First of all, try to soberly and objectively evaluate the apartment you want to rent. You would like to live in such conditions yourself? If not, try to make at least cosmetic repairs in the room and fix faulty plumbing.
If in the entrance where your apartment is located is a concierge, indicate this too. Let potential tenants know that housing is in a safe place.
When meeting with clients, be sincere and open. Believe me, it is also difficult for them to find a worthy landlord, like you – good tenants.
